These terms apply when you read or use Tucson Kitchen Remodels. Stop using the site if you do not accept them.
The site’s limited role
The content is meant to help with research and project notes. It is not a site visit or professional opinion. The operator does not act as your builder, architect, engineer, trade contractor, permit agent, lawyer, tax adviser, lender or insurer.
A public rule, fee, cost example or market condition can change. The correct answer can also turn on the property and exact scope. Check the current source and seek the right professional help before you spend money or start work.
No government connection
This is a private, independent website. It is not part of the City of Tucson, Pima County, Oro Valley, Marana, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors or the EPA. Links to those bodies are for research and do not mean that they support this site.
Form responses and referrals
A form response is an enquiry only. It does not form an agreement with the site, make the operator your agent or require a reply. No permit result, provider match, start date, budget or finished result follows from submission.
The operator may introduce an enquiry to a separate business when the location and scope appear relevant. A fee or other commercial benefit may arise from that referral. You still choose whether to speak with, check or hire that business.
A provider is a separate party
Each provider controls its own advice, site checks, price, staff, agreement, work and data. The operator is not its employer and does not take on its duties. Any claim about that work belongs under the agreement and law between the provider and customer.
Content and site access
We try to keep the guides useful and linked to sound sources. Even so, a page may be old, incomplete or wrong for your facts. The site and its links may also stop, change or fail. Access is offered as available and for general use.
Conduct that is not allowed
Do not attack or disrupt the website. Do not try to enter areas or systems without consent. Do not send false, unlawful, abusive or spam content. Do not pose as someone else. Do not submit data that you lack the right to use.
Ownership of site material
You may read the guides and share links for personal project research. Original writing, layout, graphics and branding remain protected by law. Do not copy a large part of the site, claim it as yours or use it to publish a clone. Public and third-party material keeps its own ownership.
Limits set by law
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not responsible for indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss tied to use of the site, reliance on a guide, a referral, provider conduct or an outage.
These terms do not remove a right that the law says cannot be removed. If part of the terms is not enforceable, the rest can still apply where lawful.
Updates and questions
A new version may be posted when the service changes. The effective date will show when that happened.
Use the project form for an ordinary question about these terms. Do not use it for a crisis or a formal notice that has a legal deadline.
